According to Counterpoint Research, in the United States they dream of a foldable iPhone and Apple is, following Samsung, the second most popular brand of foldables without having even launched any.

This Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 is the best-selling foldable at the moment.

The truth is that among the best folding mobiles on the market no apple phone found still. The foldable cell phone market in the United States, according to Counterpoint Research.

It is interesting to see that approximately a third of smartphone users in the United States would trade their phone for a foldableleaving the specific figure at 26% of those surveyed which claims to have a serious chance of buying a foldable in its next update of mobile devices.

16% of the participants say they have “some chance” to buy a folding, while 27% “he is not sure” and only 17% say “not interested at all” in this kind of gadgets.

Regarding the form factor, the sales figures had already confirmed it and the study corroborates it, since the type models clamshell or shell (the ‘Flip’) are the ones that are most popular among users. It should be noted that women prefer ‘Fold’ and it is the men who are left with the variants ‘Flip’.
