A new patent has been filed by the Apple brand: the end of the side button?
Apple regularly files patents. And if the technologies they offer are not always integrated into the models offered by the brand, or in any case, not immediately, these can still provide an idea of the next innovations that we might well eventually found in our iPhones, iPads or Apple Watches.
This time, the very latest patent filed by the Cupertino company is a side touch bar project: a very small touch screen located on the edge of the smartphone, and which might well replace the side button, if we can. believes the French site Lemon Squeezer.
This sidebar might integrate a customizable interface, which would therefore quite closely resemble the brand new “action button” of the iPhone 15 Pro, but much more specific and adapted to the needs of the consumer.
