Apple Confirms Latest iOS Update Wears Down Batteries Faster: Here’s Why!

Apple has admitted that iOS version 15.4 does impact battery life. The update was launched on March 15 with several new features.

But with these new features, users noticed that their battery lasted less than before. However, Apple wanted to reassure iPhone owners, explaining that this was only a temporary problem.

A time of adaptation

The American giant explains that applications take time to adapt to the update. This lasts a maximum of 48 hours before battery levels return to normal. The phenomenon does not date from yesterday and is therefore not to be attributed to iOS 15.4.

So there is no need to do anything to fix the problem. If you don’t have version 15.4 yet, you can go to Settings > General > Software Update.
