Apple Card tops US satisfaction survey for 3rd straight year

For the third consecutive year, the Apple Card was recognized as the card with the highest satisfaction rate among consumers in the United States by J.D. Power U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Studya study that had already awarded Apple in the same category in 2021 and 2022.

In this way, the Apple Card continues with 100% utilization since it was included in the JD Power study — a feat that was celebrated by Jennifer Bailey, vice president of Apple Pay and Apple Wallet. She highlighted the recognition of Apple Card as a leader in satisfaction among consumers, as well as recalling recent investments in Apple’s financial service, which obtained 655 points in the survey.

In partnership with Goldman Sachs, we are continually working to expand the benefits Apple Card users receive — most recently with the launch of Savings — and we look forward to continuing to develop tools and services that put our users and their financial health first.

Americans’ satisfaction with the Apple Card is no surprise, given that, in addition to popular features — such as the aforementioned Savingswhich is a kind of savings account recently launched by Apple —, the card has one of the lowest annual fees on the market and does not have monthly charges.

But all these benefits, although they are certainly making good money for Apple, may be causing damage to Goldman Sachs. The bank would be dissatisfied with the partnership with Apple and even considering “transferring” the agreement to another financial institution.

Dissatisfied or not, Goldman Sachs commented positively on the latest award received by the Apple Card, highlighting the joint focus on providing a “great experience” to customers from the beginning. “We are honored to be recognized once once more,” said Liz Martin, the bank’s head of business partnerships.
