Apple is fighting to defend its connected watches. On Tuesday, the Apple firm announced that it had filed an appeal with a US federal court once morest the ban on the sale of two of its watch models.
It’s the latest development in a “patent war” between Apple and medical device maker Masimo. The American International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled on October 27 that Apple had infringed two patents held by Masimo Corporation and Cercacor Laboratories on systems for detecting the level of oxygen in the blood.From this date, the American government had sixty days to possibly object.
