From 7 am to 7 pm (Eastern Time), it is now possible to connect with an expert from the company to purchase iPhones.
With the service, consumers will be able to ask questions about different models, learn more about iPhones from experts, as well as learn more about options such as Apple Trade-In. When making the connection, clients will see the employee’s screen and the image from his camera; the specialist, however, will not be able to see the clients.
