Apple is back with two more activity challenges, in order to encourage users who have an Apple Watch to move more. Today, the company announced the 2023 editions of the challenges that traditionally take place in the month of April.
The first one will be on Saturday, April 22, and will celebrate the Earth’s Day (Earth Day). To win the challenge prizes, according to the Apple, just do any exercise for 30 minutes or more.
The second will be devoted to International Dance Daycelebrated on the day April 29. Those wishing to participate must record some dance training for at least 20 minutes.
Anyone who completes the challenges with any training app that records data in the Health app (Health) will be able to unlock virtual medals on iPhone and Apple Watch, as well as exclusive stickers to be used in the app Messages e no FaceTime.
In addition, it is also possible to complete the challenges with exercises from the Apple Fitness+, which offers options geared specifically to dance. The service, it is worth remembering, can be accessed through the app Fitnesswhich will display notifications to the user once challenges are released.
