On Instagram, the actress clarified that after a long reflection, she made the difficult decision to conclude this agreement without specifying the financial terms. “I made this decision after losing faith in the US justice system, where my public testimony served as entertainment and fed social media.“, she added.
The judgment remains in force
The lawyers of Johnny Depp welcomed this agreement by saying that they are happy to officially close this painful chapter for their client. Note that the actor has clearly indicated throughout this process that his priority was to bring out the truth, according to Benjamin Chew and Camille Vasquez.
