As for the issues that were exchanged and which were of interest to the participants, all parties had the same opinion that the BCG Model or the environmentally-minded business operation. It is a guideline that should be taken. from the causes of climate change that damage the global economy And affecting the economy of Southeast Asia at least 4 percent of the total GDP, it has begun to look for sustainable development by reducing environmental damage. especially regarding reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Thus, the emergence of the carbon credit market through pricing when businesses have high levels of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions will help the world to focus on reducing GHG emissions and starting to look at business transformation into an idea. of BCG is more attractive and worth the investment. and find ways to support businesses with environmental stewardship to incentivize MSME entrepreneurs to pay more attention to these actions, such as tax incentives for green businesses. Providing knowledge and knowledge to entrepreneurs to adapt to BCG. Supporting the procurement of both government and private sectors in the BCG product category.
“The most talked regarding issue is that MSMEs are important in driving the economy of every economic zone. So how do you make the development to create prosperity? At the same time, there must be sustainability. And the important thing is to be able to rely on yourself. The BCG Model is an important approach to answer the question in this regard. by using creativity thinking outside the box Utilizing technology, research and development, creating innovations for business operations This is the heart of the development under Concept BCG and is also an opportunity to create new businesses. especially in the Start up group, including giving large companies As a model for MSMEs, this marks the beginning of the development into the supply chains of large companies. and will lead to the global supply chain in the future,” said OSMEP.
This is because the BCG Model is a guideline that the world gives importance to, therefore MSME entrepreneurs must see the importance because otherwise it will increase their competitiveness. or to expand the market in different areas Decrease or eventually disappear because the BCG Model is an opportunity to create sustainable growth, but because most MSMEs have the backbone or the potential to adjust below a large scale. It is therefore a matter for the government to prepare guidelines for promotion and development. The opinions obtained from this meeting are that there must be guidelines for giving advice to government agencies. Supporting sustainable business ideas Aiming at Raising Awareness and Supporting Sustainable Consumption and support for transparent cooperation between agencies. through a comprehensive financial support and non-financial which requires the integration of cooperation between government agencies to provide services seamlessly and provide support for environmentally friendly business loans, etc.
However, various information, including comments obtained from this meeting, OSMEP will collect to prepare an APEC report and aiming to develop policy recommendations For further identification of best practices to empower MSMEs through sharing best practices.
