A woman reported this fact to the media, indicating that Milostich generated debt in 2020. Until now it has not paid.
A few days ago the complaint of a woman named Maria Amelia Cubillos, who accuses the actor Julio Milostich to maintain a debt of 4 million pesos, for the lease of an apartment in the commune of Ñuñoa.
In dialogue with Chilevisión, the woman maintained that the lease began years ago. At first the payments were on time and there were no problems, but following the Social Outbreak everything became difficult.
“In 2019 he began to tell me that there was not much, hit, the Social Outbreak came and he began to pay me less (…) The pandemic came and we lowered the rent by 400,000 pesos. He paid me one or two months of that year (2020) and then he didn’t pay any more. He told me that he had money “only to survive,” he said.
In this regard, Cubillos maintained that at that time the actor began to pay smaller monthly amounts, until in 2020 he stopped paying monthly payments. Without going any further, the total debt consists of 10 months of rent corresponding to that year.
Finally, the television face left that residence in the middle of 2021. After that, the family indicated that they did not collect the debt for a long time.

In her testimony, the woman maintained that she saw an opportunity to settle that when Milostich managed to sell her house through her publicized raffle, but that did not happen.
“I waited, when I found out regarding the sale of his house, waiting for him to call me to reach an agreement. She never called and I sent him a WhatsApp, he answered me saying hello, I sent him another message reminding him of the debt and he blocked me (…) He is hurting us.” express.
From space they communicated with the actor, who acknowledged the debt, but declined to provide a version of the case, indicating that “they were personal things.”
