QUEUE management company AntriQue transforms into WaitHub. This transformation is a significant milestone in the company’s history, marking AntriQue’s 4-year journey in the world of queue management.
WaitHub is a technology platform that provides visitor management solutions for various industries, with the tagline “Empowering Waiting”. The launch of the new name was held at the STP ITB Bandung Building, Wednesday (14/8).

with a mission to empower the waiting experience, focusing on increasing business revenue, positive impact on local economies, and customer convenience and satisfaction. Changing the concept of waiting from being considered a problem, WaitHub is now transforming it into a valuable benefit and asset for companies, surrounding areas, and visitors.
“This platform is projected to become the main solution in various sectors, through ecosystems such as WaitHub Ads, WaitClub, WaitPoint Partner, WaitGateway, as well as ongoing innovation in the future,” he explained.
According to him, WaitHub is expanding its services to six main sectors,
namely tourism, health, banking, government, food & beverage,
service center and telecommunications. Each of these sectors has
unique needs.
WaitHub has developed a customized solution to meet the specific needs of each sector. With innovative features, WaitHub offers key benefits, such as increased operational efficiency through better queue management, increased customer satisfaction with time flexibility through Virtual Waiting and Online Booking.

to local economic revenue by allowing customers to wait elsewhere. Such as restaurants and cafes, accessibility across multiple platforms, and detailed analytics and reporting that support
strategic decision making,” Khafid continued.
Meanwhile, during the launch of the new name, a series of activities were also held, including product presentations led by the Co-Founders of WaitHub: Faisal, Khafid Gunawan, Lucky Lukhman, and Hilmi Rodibillah.
A panel discussion with the theme “The Future of Waiting” was also held, featuring speakers such as Dan Satriana, Head of the West Java Ombudsman Representative Office; Agi Agung Galuh Purwa, Secretary of the West Java Provincial Communication and Informatics Office; Alif Syarifuddin, General Manager of PT Cahaya Kita Lestari (We Family Outbound), and Khafid Gunawan, CEO & Co-Founder of WaitHub.
