Antetokounmpo leads Bucks to victory with top performance

A top performance from basketball superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo and a run in the final quarter helped the Milwaukee Bucks to a 133-124 win over the Sacramento Kings in the NBA. The Greek contributed 46 points and twelve rebounds on Monday evening (local time).

Khris Middleton contributed 31 points and nine assists. This gave the Bucks, currently the best team in the NBA, their ninth win in the last eleven games. Their total of 49 victories are top of the league.

Golden State with an eighth straight home win

The Kings, in similar form, still lead their Pacific Division in the Western Conference. In the duel between their two pursuers, the Golden State Warriors prevailed 123:112 once morest the Phoenix Suns following surviving a comeback from the guests.

Klay Thompson was the top scorer with 38 points, Stephen Curry and Jordan Poole contributed to the success with 23 and 20 points respectively. For the Warriors it was the eighth home win in a row before going on a longer away tour.
