What is the increase in retirees and pensioners in August 2024?
Starting in August, retirees and pensioners on the lowest income will receive a total of $295,540, including an additional $70,000 bonus. At the same time, the maximum amount received will be $1,517,094.80.
The increase is in compliance with Decree 274/2024, which determines monthly increases based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by Indec, with a two-month delay. Therefore, August’s increase reflects inflation in June 2024.
