The prosecutor of District 4, Turn 1, Ernesto de Aragón, investigates the crime of a 26-year-old man who was shot in the chest in the Villa Siburu neighborhood, in the city of Córdoba, following which the Police found cocaine and marijuana in his power.
The man, identified as Mariano Emanuel Mansilla, managed to tell the police that two men approached him and shot him in the chest around 3:40 a.m. in Igualdad al 3500.
Later, he was transferred to the Model Institute of Cardiology, where the doctors confirmed his death. He suffered a gunshot wound.
The Police found several packages with cocaine and marijuana stings among his clothes. Apparently, Mansilla was domiciled in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood, but he was attacked in Villa Siburu due to long-standing problems.
16 murders in 2023
With this case, there have been 16 homicides in the province of Córdoba so far in 2023. Recently, a 23-year-old man, identified as Julián Rivadero, was shot in the head as he left a dance venue in the town of Saldán, 35 kilometers from the Capital, last Saturday morning.
According to what was reported by the Police and Justice, when leaving the establishment there was a fight and in that context the victim was shot in the face. “He was in serious condition until this Sunday night, when he finally passed away,” the prosecutor De Aragón confirmed to Cadena 3.
