Every day millions of people make audio or video calls to their friends or groups on WhatsApp. But now the Meta-owned app is getting a cool update that you will definitely love.
The Create Links feature to be part of calls in WhatsApp is being improved and introduced, which will make it much easier to create and share links for audio and video calls.
According to a report by Webetainfo, this feature has been introduced in the new beta version of WhatsApp for Android devices.
Note that WhatsApp introduced the Create Call Link feature in the Calls tab in December 2022. With this feature, anyone can join the calls with just one click.
According to the report, the call link feature is now being further improved and is being offered within the chat window along with other attachment options like photos or documents.
That is, the call link icon will appear in the attachment options, by clicking on which you will be able to generate the link and there is no need to go to the calls tab.
In this way users will have more convenience as the call will not go to all the members of a group chat but people will be able to click on the link and be a part of it at will.
Currently, if a call is made in a group, everyone in the group rings, but with this new feature, group calling is being made more user-friendly.
As mentioned above this feature is currently introduced in beta version so it is hard to say when it will be rolled out to all users.
