Another case has been filed against the Vice President of Tehreek-e-Insaf

An FIR has been registered against more than 100 workers, including Vice President Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Sher Afzal Marwat and 5 former MPs, for organizing workers’ conventions in Mardan and Swabi. The case has been registered for violation of Section 144.

Organized by Tehreek-e-Insaaf, workers’ conventions were organized in Tehsil Takhtbhai and Swabi of Mardan district, in which party office-bearers and workers besides party central senior vice-president Sher Afzal Khan Marwat participated.

An FIR has been registered against Mardan police station Jabr SHO Humayun Khan and Swabi police station SHO for organizing the convention.

In the case registered in Moradan, Tehreek-e-Insaf Sher Afzal Khan Marwat, 5 former MPs Iftikhar Ali Mashwani, Abdul Salam Khan Afridi, Zahir Shah Toro, Ameer Farzand Khan, Tufail Anjum, PTI Provincial Media Advisor Engineer Adil Nawaz of Mardan district. 105 workers including General Secretary Faisal Anwar Advocate, Tehsil Takhtbhai President Ikhtsham Khan Advocate have been named, unknown workers have also been included in the FIR.

A case has been registered against 21 local leaders including Sher Afzal Marwat and other unknown workers for holding a workers’ convention in Swabi.

According to the FIR, PTI officials and workers including Shirafazl Marwat violated Section 144.

It should be noted that on November 27, a case was registered against Sher Afzal Marwat for disrupting traffic, violation of the Amplifier Act and Section 144 of the NOC for organizing a musical night program at Shakraparian Islamabad.

The text of the FIR said that in the program, speeches were made against Pakistan and the government, Sher Afzal Marwat kept inciting the students.

20 accused including Sher Afzal Marwat were named in the case, the case was registered in the complaint of SHO Sub-Inspector Nasir Manzoor Chaudhry of Abpara police station.
