The construction of the business center will start already this autumn, the expected duration of work is 17 months. The building will reflect the most advanced architectural and sustainability standards and is aiming to achieve the prestigious BREEAM New Construction Excellent certificate.
The business center, designed by Cloud architects, will have two underground and five above-ground floors. The underground part will occupy 4.7 thousand. sq. m, and above-ground premises – 6.8 thousand. sq. m. On the first floor, it is planned to install almost a thousand square meters. m. area of commercial premises.
The legendary chimney will be decorated with a fountain
One of the most interesting and well-known elements of Cyber City is the preserved and restored legendary chimney of the Sparta factory. As the technology campus grows, innovations are planned here as well. The signed contract stipulates that a fountain will be installed around the chimney.
The project includes even more attention to green areas: the square next to the territory of the technology town will be improved, enriched with new plants, paths, lighting solutions and other aspects necessary for a high-quality space, and a bicycle path will be installed.
“This is an excellent example of how modern architecture can combine with the historical heritage of the city and create new spaces adapted to both business and the needs of those who work here.
So far, 35 thousand sq. m spaces, the Tesonet group companies are located in the technology campus, there is also a bar, shop, cafes, and a sports club.
