A cozy afternoon of Piatnik was on the agenda at the pensioners’ association’s prize schnapps in the Plank inn in Ambach. Chairman Gottfried Krammel acted as referee. The tallest player in Fladnitztal (height 1.90 meters) struck: After exciting games, Karl Weber finally prevailed and gave Ludwig Steidl the final “Bummerl”. It was Weber’s first victory in a pensioners’ association schnapps event. Anton Oberleitner achieved third place ahead of last year’s winner Erwin Suchan. Gottfried Krammel and his deputy Irmgard Schlager congratulated and thanked all participants. A further thank you went to all sponsors for their generous donations and to everyone who helped ensure that this schnapps was well received.
