Designate individual disabled parking at Louvre, Merijntje Gijzenburg, Pluvierstraat, Van Beethovenlaan and Warenburg

On September 30, the council decided to take the following traffic measures to designate an individual disabled parking space at the Louvre, Merijntje Gijzenburg, Pluvierstraat, Van Beethovenlaan and Warenarburg:

  • to determine that upon the entry into force of this decision, previous traffic measures in the traffic area in question will be canceled if they conflict with this decision
  • 1 parking space located in the Louvre at the height of porticos 128 to 186, near the applicant’s home, to be reserved as a disabled parking space on license plate by placing the traffic signs E06 (Disabled parking space) in combination with undersign OB309 on the license plate of the vehicle of Appendix I of the Traffic Rules and Traffic Signs Regulations 1990
  • 1 parking space located in the Merijntje Gijzenburg at house number 29, near the applicant’s home, to be reserved as a disabled parking space on the license plate by placing the traffic signs E06 (Disabled parking space) in combination with undersign OB309 on the license plate of the vehicle from Appendix I of Traffic Rules and Traffic Signs Regulations 1990
  • 1 parking space located in the Pluvierstraat at house number 1, near the applicant’s home, as a disabled parking space on license plate, to be reserved by placing the traffic signs E06 (Disabled parking space) in combination with undersign OB309 on the license plate of the vehicle of Appendix I of the Regulations Traffic Rules and Traffic Signs 1990
  • 1 parking space located in Van Beethovenlaan at house number 24, near the applicant’s home, to be reserved as a disabled parking space on the license plate by placing the traffic signs E06 (Disabled parking space) in combination with undersign OB309 on the license plate of the vehicle from Appendix I of Traffic Rules and Traffic Signs Regulations 1990
  • 1 parking space located in the Warenarburg at house number 8, near the applicant’s home, to be reserved as a disabled parking space on license plate by placing the traffic signs E06 (Disabled parking space) in combination with undersign OB309 on the license plate of the vehicle of Appendix I of the Regulations Traffic Rules and Traffic Signs 1990

The decisions and associated drawings are available for inspection at the town hall from today.

Object online within 6 weeks. Or send your notice of objection to the municipality of Capelle aan den IJssel within six weeks. The address is: PO Box 70, 2900 AB Capelle aan den IJssel.

In the notice of objection you state: name, address, date of your notice of objection, which decision you are objecting to and why you do not agree with the decision. Don’t forget to sign it.

The decision remains valid, even if you have filed an objection. Will this get you into trouble? Then you can ask the Rotterdam court for a provisional measure.
