On May 21, 2023, in Hanoi, Forum Vietnamese furniture students coordinated and specialized units to organize a series of events, seminars for the interior design industry and Gala for awarding Vietnamese interior students. The event gathered a series of famous architects and designers from many countries such as Spain, France, Japan, and Vietnam… attracting more than 500 spectators.

At the seminar, many issues were raised such as A multi-dimensional view of artificial intelligence “AI replaces Who?” Or Global Interior Design: Original or Varied? shared by the events that made many viewers admire.
Also at the talk show, Gala Vietnam Furniture Student Award (ISA) was held to honor the Top 10 out of more than 200 excellent interior design projects from universities and colleges across the country.

The first prize belongs to the work “Legendary hotel resort Lanh My A” Cat Ba by contestant Vo Quan Bao. The work honors a traditional My A silk material of An Giang, the author’s own hometown.

The second prize belonged to contestant Tang Thanh Dat with the work of Kh’mer Art Museum of the Southwest – Brilliant Lower Waterfall. The third prize belonged to two contestants Nguyen Tuan Khanh with Bai Ong Lang Resort and Nguyen Van Minh Thang with Da Nang Traditional Medicine Hospital.
Representative of the main organizer, Mr. Luu Viet Thang, founder of the Forum said: The new feature of this year’s program is the collaboration with the Thai Interior Design Association (TIDA), which is also the vision that Vietnam Furniture Student Forum wants to expand international cooperation in the near future. He also said that, with a potential furniture industry worth billions of dollars, it requires a team of highly qualified design personnel to surpass foreign companies to conquer large-scale projects right in Vietnam. .
I.S.A (Vietnam’s Interior Design Student Awards) is an annual award of Vietnam Interior Student Forum. The aim is to create a professional competition and provide an opportunity for students in the interior industry to practice, experience, promote creativity.
