Today, Sunday, Malaysia announced that it was not possible to see the crescent of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, so that tomorrow, Monday, will be the completion of the month of Dhu al-Qi`dah, and Wednesday, June 28, will be the day of Arafat’s standing, and Thursday, corresponding to June 29, will be the first day of Eid al-Adha.
It is noteworthy that, there are two countries that revealed that it was also impossible to see the crescent of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, and they are “Indonesia and Brunei.”
In the same context, the Egyptian House of Iftaa is preparing, this evening, to survey the crescent of the month of Dhul-Hijjah for the year 1444 AH, through which the date of Arafat Day, the “Waqf of Arafat”, and the date of the first days of Eid Al-Adha for the year 2023 will be known.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will soon announce the sighting of the crescent.
