Annie Lankela won the third World Tree Hugging Championship, which was held in the Levi Forest in Kittila in the Finnish Lapland region, Al-Ain News Network reported. You can feel better when you are stressed, according to Euronews.

The competition includes three sections, the first is a quick hug, during which competitors compete to hug as many trees as possible in one minute, with each hug lasting at least five seconds.
The second section is “Devotion to Hug” i.e. the most creative hug of a particular tree chosen by the competitor for a maximum of one minute.

In the last section, which is “Free Hug”, the competitor chooses a more creative hug and an open style according to the competitor’s choice, and chooses only one tree to hug for a maximum of one minute.
Crowned this year’s Tree Hug World Champion, Annie Lankela hails from Helsinki but lives in Levi.
