Anne Schwartz is appointed Deputy Managing Director of Paref. As part of her new role, her mission will be to accelerate the deployment of the real estate group’s strategic plan in France and internationally, alongside Antoine Castro, CEO. It will also support the development of the responsible approach implemented as part of the “Create More” strategic plan, which aims to support growth and the creation of value for customers, shareholders and stakeholders.
Furthermore, Anne Schwartz will continue, with the support of Nicolas Gromakowski, recently appointed Deputy Managing Director of Paref Gestion, to supervise the regulated management activity on behalf of third parties.
With more than 20 years of expertise in real estate markets, Anne Schwartz joined the Paref group in 2019 as Managing Director of Paref Gestion, in order to lead the development of the third-party management activity.
