The people who believe in me do not watch television or are not guided by what they say on television,” said the doctor in the El Trece television studio.
Ten days following that television appearance, Lotocki attended the 3:30 p.m. performance of the Circus Rodas on Saturday in the company of his children. The doctor arrived at the property located at Crovara and General Paz with the function started and went to the assigned seats with popcorn and soft drinks. Upon being recognized by one of the attendees, he changed his position and left minutes before the end of the show, seeking to avoid the crowds.
