The location of the excavation project is located at two points on Jalan PLN Gandul, Gandul Village, Cinere District, namely RT 014 RW 003 and RT 024 RW 005.

Pasha explained that the excavation project caused traffic jams in the vicinity. Especially with the mud covering the streets. Pasha does have a house and lives in the vicinity of the excavation project.

Pasha saw that the excavation project was not in accordance with the procedure. As a result, he said, the project caused traffic jams.
“But if I see it, the implementation in the field does not comply with procedures or does not use rules. So the impact is a long traffic jam from two directions,” said Pasha.
In addition, Pasha saw that the project officers did not try to regulate the surrounding traffic. He also asked for heavy equipment at the project site to be sidelined first.
“I saw that the project officers in the field did not try to regulate traffic. So I went down to ask and ask that the ditch digging heavy equipment unit be moved aside so that vehicles from two directions might pass, at least take turns,” he explained.
“Because the road there is not wide enough, what if that was the situation? stuck, can’t walk. Yes I’m down, check situation. I don’t know what happened following I passed,” he added.
