Angham reassured the details of her health condition and her latest developments following she had recently entered the hospital and underwent several surgeries, revealing the nature of her illness, as she made it clear that she did not want to reveal the operation she had recently undergone.
During a telephone interview with the Egyptian media, Amr Adib, she spoke regarding her health condition in her first comment following undergoing a delicate surgery, sending a message to reassure the public regarding her condition, as she explained that the reason for the operation was a health problem that caused her shortness of breath.
Angham said that the matter began with her since 2011 following she suffered an injury, but she did not undergo surgery, as she received cortisone treatment, and then the matter worsened following that due to a wrong movement from her, to extend the pain with her in the shoulder and her hand in the past years, and added that she later discovered that she had a tumor. He licked her finger, which made him unable to move.
Angham expressed her sadness because she was postponing the surgery and avoiding undergoing it, but then discovered that there was a severed tendon in her hand, and then another tendon regarding to be torn, which also threatened her nerves besides her inability to move her finger.
