On Christmas night, this December 24, as is customary, Colombian families gathered to celebrate the birth of baby Jesus.
The urban music singer, Andy Rivera, spent Christmas Eve at the house of his father, also the artist Jhonny Rivera, and in the company of the entire family. However, when the young man returned to his home in Medellín, he was surprised that criminals had entered his house and stolen several belongings, including jewelry, cash and two safes.
The Rivera family shared the Christmas celebration they held that night on social media. They prayed the novena, sang Christmas carols, had dinner together, and even sang karaoke.
The night passed normally, and it was not until following noon on Monday, December 25, that Jhonny Rivera announced that his son had been a victim of theft.
“My people, (I am) sadder. Look, while we were celebrating Christmas here last night, thieves broke into Andy’s house, there in Medellín,” said the composer of popular music songs.

Although the exact amount of the theft is not known precisely, it is known that the losses are in the millions.
However, the criminals were recorded on the security cameras inside the home.
“It looks like there were two people, but surely there were more, outside they would be waiting to load,” said Andy’s father.
The singer also assured that they hoped to be able to show the videos to their followers in order to “find the whereregardings of those people.”
Meanwhile, Andy has not spoken.
