Andrés Felipe Ibargüen leaves Deportes Tolima. The 30-year-old winger leaves the pijao team following a year in which he won the 2022 Super League and thus completed his second cycle with the Ibaguereño team.
The Tolimense club announced on its social networks that Ibargüen will not continue, since his contract ended, and now he is a free agent.
You came back to get one more title and you did it. We really enjoyed your football! ????⚽️

Now, several Colombian soccer teams are beginning to follow Ibargüen, who know of his quality and importance of play.
Thus, two clubs would bite the bullet by showing their interest in the signing of Valle del Cauca. According to rumors in the transfer market, Atlético Nacional would not rule out the return of Ibargüen, since he was already between 2016 and 2017, winning three local titles (Liga, Cup and Super League) and two international ones (Copa Libertadores and Recopa Sudamericana).
However, it is said that the team that is further along in talks with Ibargüen is Deportivo Independiente Medellín, who is looking to sign the winger and center attacker Pablo Sabbag.
For Ibargüen there would already be a proposal on the table, in which the DIM would be willing to buy a percentage of the player’s rights.
