Andrea Valdiri’s daughter will be subjected to a DNA test after a judge’s decision

The dispute between the renowned ex-partner from Barranquilla, Lowe Leon and Andrea Valdirihas taken a new direction.

The foregoing was presented following a judge of the Republic authorized the singer Lowe León to do a DNA test on Valdiri’s daughter.

It should be remembered that Lowe and Andrea have been facing a legal process for more than a year to verify the paternity of Adharathe second daughter of the dancer.

However, the content creator assured that the singer abandoned her during her gestation process, while the artist refuted this statement by saying that it was Andrea who forbade him to approach her and her baby.

However, the outcome of this dispute, apparently, is turning out in favor of the singer from Barranquilla, given that Lowe’s lawyer, Mauricio Neck Fernandezrevealed through their social networks the news regarding carrying out the DNA test on little Adhara.

“We celebrate the judicial ruling issued by an honorable judge of the Republic, by means of which they decreed the practice of the DNA test between my client LOWE LEÓN and his little daughter. Today is not only an achievement for my client Lowe Leon and Colombian justice, but also an act of justice for his little daughter”, reads in a statement shared by the lawyer.

“It should be noted that my client has been fighting for the rights of his little daughter for more than a year. Request for conciliations, petition rights, guardianships, physical and cyber harassment among other evidence that rest in this process; and that from the first moment in which he gave us his judicial defense, we tried by all means to initiate the pertinent legal actions to achieve said test”, he added.

In the same way, he affirmed that on several occasions it was said that his client had lost the process, but until now he was getting ahead of himself and had had a first failure.

Mauricio added that in the rest of it, always on his side and that of León, they will find an attitude of conciliation and respect to ensure the rights of little Adhara.

“We will do everything in our power so that the process can continue in total harmony and as quickly as possible, we do not intend to oppose any of the procedures or evidence decreed within the judicial process. The foregoing, in order to ensure the fundamental rights and the best interests of my client’s daughter, such as having a dignified life, knowing her true identity and guaranteeing her a happy coexistence with her father “, pointed out.
