PARIS, August 17 (Benin News) –

The Spanish international Andrea Pereira will evolve in the Mexican championship of Club America Femenil, where she arrives as a reinforcement for the Apertura 2022, a tournament where she will find her former FC Barcelona teammate Jenni Hermoso, now a Pachuca player.

At the beginning of August, the 28-year-old central defender reached an agreement with the Azulgrana club to terminate the contract she had signed until the end of this season, thus ending Culé’s four seasons.

Pereira joined Barca in the summer of 2018 and has made a total of 132 official appearances. His record includes one Champions League, three La Liga titles, three Queen’s Cups and two Spanish Super Cups. With the arrival of Irene Paredes, she was regularly dropped from the starting XI and lost weight in the center of defense for coach Jonatan Giráldez.
