JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Comedian and former Stinky band member, Andre Taulany, admitted that he was ready if Ndhank Surahman reported him to the police following banning him from singing the song “Maybe”.
Ndhank Surahman has sent a second summons through lawyer Firdaus Oiwobo asking Andre Taulany to pay compensation of IDR 35 billion and apologize to 20 media before January 8 2023.
If this is not implemented, Ndhank will report it to the police.

“I’m not wrong, I’m ready, why am I afraid,” said Andre Taulany at a press conference in the Ciputat area, South Tangerang, Tuesday (9/1/2024).
Andre admitted that he had not received the second summons.
The comedian who is often called Pak Haji will also not fight.

“No, I’m following the law, I’m following existing laws. I’m not presumptuous, I’m not a thief, I asked permission,” stressed Andre Taulany.
Including not feeling the need to appoint a legal representative to defend him.
According to him, his legal representative is a lot of netizens who support him.

Previously, Andre said he had paid performing rights or royalties according to the provisions of the relevant law.
At the end of December 2023, Ndhank Surahman asked the band Stinky Reborn and Andre Taulany to sing the song he wrote, “Maybe” because according to him the nominal performing rights received were very small.
