In the second instance, the Capital Court sentenced Fekete-Győr to one year in prison, which was suspended for two years of probation, and in the case of Bendegúz Szarvas Koppány, the court only changed the legal classification, the suspended prison sentence remained.
The decision is not yet final, András Fekete-Győr’s lawyer has already appealed, so the case will continue at the Capital Court.
