Zeno Debast has left RSC Anderlecht for 15.5 million euros. Sporting Portugal can also pay bonuses of up to 5.5 million, and will have to pay a percentage of the surplus value in case of resale.

The transfer of Zeno Debast (20 years old) was made official on Thursday by RSC Anderlecht and Sporting Portugal, and the amounts were made public by the Portuguese Securities and Exchange Commission (CMVM).

It was already known that Debast had earned 15.5 million for RSCA, with 5.5 million euros in bonuses linked to “individual and collective goals”. Anderlecht can therefore receive a total of 21 million euros for this transfer.

But the document published by the CMVM also reveals an interesting detail: the percentage of resale negotiated by RSC Anderlecht.

The Brussels club will receive 15% of the added value in the event of a future resale of Zeno Debast. The buyout clause of the new player from Sporting Portugal has also been confirmed: it has been set at 80 million euros.

Such a sum would be the outgoing transfer record for the Lisbon club, currently held by Bruno Fernandes (65 million to Manchester United).
