ANDE intensifies campaign to reduce late payments and electricity losses

Asuncion, IP Agency.- With the deployment of 50 teams, ANDE is intensifying its efforts to reduce late payments by cutting off service due to non-payment and combating irregular connections, in order to reduce electricity losses in Asunción and the metropolitan area.

To this end, 50 teams are deployed in Asunción and cities in the Central department, made up of contracting companies serving the National Electricity Administration (ANDE), as well as supervision and control teams from the Institution.

In a general meeting with the crews and officials, ANDE’s commercial manager, Hugo Rolón, together with the Division and Unit Chiefs, reported on the current progress in these activities and presented an execution plan designed to achieve the goals established within the institution’s operational plan.

In this context, ANDE is offering all customers the “Ñande Ahorro” promotion, which allows them to split their electricity bills into up to 60 months without interest or late payment fees, valid until August 31.

Financing procedures can be carried out through the website www.ande.gov.py the “My ANDE” app or at the customer service offices located at: ANDE headquarters in Asunción – Shopping Multiplaza store – customer service office in Luque.
