You experience a sudden stop in movement without falling:
A feature of a coma is a temporary loss of consciousness without loss of consciousness, and this is also a sign of complex focal seizures, which occur in people with frontal lobe epilepsy.
It is difficult to distinguish that a person who has a seizure is unconscious in some people.

Eyelid flutter is another subtle sign that you’re having a seizure. Sometimes the eyes turn upward and these symptoms are common with other forms of epilepsy, such as epilepsy with blepharoptosis, also known as Jevons syndrome.
Your hands make small movements, including finger rubbing:
Small finger movements, such as finger rubbing, fidgeting, hand wringing, and scratching, have also been common signs of absence seizures, and some people with this type of seizure also experience general jerky movement in their hands or limbs.
