The awards ceremony for the 13th edition of Operation Ingenious was held on Thursday May 11, 2023 at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty. A great moment for the promotion of diversity in the fields of technology, science and engineering. Discover without further delay the winners of this year.

The 13th edition of Ingénieuses de la CDEFI was launched on January 16, with the opening of applications for the competition, and lasted until May 11 with the award ceremony. This ceremony brought together more than 150 people around interventions and videos highlighting the projects and portraits of the finalists. It was Bruno Le Maire, the Minister of Economy, Finance and Industrial Sovereignty who opened this event with a speech on the engineers needed for the reindustrialization of the country.

Then, Philippe Dépincé, president of the CDEFI Training and Society Commission and director of Polytech Nantes, took over to reveal the winners:

Five engineering schools were rewarded:

  • Toulouse INP – ENSEEIHTwinner of the high school student prize for her project “ WomenN7 » awarded by a specific jury made up of 26 high school students from the Camille Claudel high school in Pontault-Combault (77);
  • l’UTCwinner of the prize for the most mobilized school for its project ” Equality Month » ;
  • Grenoble INP – Ense3winner of the student engagement prize for her project ” women’s epics » ;
  • Mines Saint-Etiennewinner of the most original project award for her project “ Science of all kinds » ;
  • l’INSA Hauts-de-Francewinner of the special jury prize for her project “ Girls, dare science ».

Two student-engineers and two women engineers were awarded for their particularly inspiring backgrounds and commitments:
