Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and their new friends will be back in season 2 of And Just Like That, premiering June 22 on HBO Max; a second official trailer has just been unveiled.
Filming photos have been shared on social networks for several months. A first trailer was unveiled last month. A few weeks before the big premiere on June 22, the second official trailer for And Just Like That continues to thrill viewers.
We first see Carrie questioning her ability to “move on” a year following her husband’s disappearance.
“Life is too short not to try something new,” she says later, surrounded by dozens of boxes of shoes, her lifelong hobby.
“I’m regarding to do something that’s either really stupid or totally liberating,” says Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), who seems to be having relationship issues with her new flame, Che. Her former husband, Steve, can also be briefly seen…
“We are all blissfully unaware of when our lives are regarding to change,” continues Carrie, seen in a long dress in a snowstorm.
As for Charlotte (Kristin Davis), she seems to be grappling with harrowing choices to make between her job and her family.
The trailer ends with Carrie writing an email beginning with “Hello Strangerto her ex-fiancé Aidan. Which is not really a surprise when several photos of the shooting showing the former lovers hand in hand have been circulating for months on social networks.
The return of Samantha Jones
The naughty Samantha Jones, interpreted by Kim Cattrall, will also be back, the time of one and only highly anticipated scene. This one was filmed in the greatest secrecy in New York, last March.
It looks like we’ll see Samantha, who now lives in London, having a phone conversation with her old friend, Carrie.
Season 2 of And Just Like That will have 11 episodes.
