State Duma deputy, 12th world chess champion Anatoly Karpov was discharged from the hospital. About this “Match TV” told President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE) Arkady Dvorkovich.

“He’s at home, everything is fine,” Dvorkovich said.

RBC turned to a representative of Karpov for a comment.

71-year-old Karpov October 31 was hospitalized due to domestic trauma. RBC sources in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow and in the territorial police department reportedthat he fell next to the building of the Committee on Nationalities Affairs of the State Duma in Georgievsky Lane in the center of Moscow.
