The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) announced this Monday (17th) that it has launched the 9th edition of the Satisfaction and Perceived Quality Survey of Users of Telecommunications Services. Results will be released in the 1st quarter of 2024.
According to the regulatory agency, more than 72,000 consumers will be interviewed by telephone to assess their satisfaction with the provision of services, the quality of service, operation and information regarding the contract, billing or recharge.
Between the months of July and November, Anatel will listen to some of the consumers of fixed and mobile telephony, fixed broadband and pay TV services who are active customers of the following providers:
Algae; BR Super; The breeze; Claro; Gigabytes; Lie; Oi; Proxxima; Sky; Hours; Unifique; Valene; Vero; Vivo.
The questions are related to satisfaction and quality perceived by the consumer, in addition to questions for classifying the sociodemographic profile. Nothing regarding personal documents, e-mail, address, credit card number, bank details or passwords will be asked.
The main objective of the survey is to provide information on the performance of services to society, to find out regarding customer satisfaction and perception of quality by provider, service and federation unit, and to contribute to guiding Anatel’s work.
