On Saturday, the Tunisian star lost the Wimbledon final, against the Kazakh player Yelena Rybakina, in two groups to one, in a confrontation that was very difficult.
And Anas wrote on her official page on social networking sites: “Goodbye, Wimbledon and England. I made memories here that will remain immortal in my life for the next tournament. Thank you London for the days I spent here,” and she accompanied her with a set of photos holding the shield and the title of the championship.
Anas Jaber became the first Arab and African to reach the final round of the Grand Slam tournament, at a time when the Tunisian champion was defeated for the first time in the last 12 matches she played during the current season, and she only lost 3 times in the last 25 matches, which was the first in a championship final. Rome, and the second in Roland Garros, in addition to the Wimbledon final.
