The Anapa camp, where a man molested children, stopped its work.

The Anapa city department of bailiffs received for execution a document banning CREDO Agency LLC from providing recreation and health services for minors on the territory of the Happy Childhood children’s camp. This is exactly the camp where a 49-year-old man broke into at night and started molesting children at the end of July. The prosecutor’s office found multiple violations in it.

The bailiffs initiated enforcement proceedings, and the very next day they handed over the relevant resolution and the demand for the execution of the court decision to the director of CREDO Agency LLC against signature. A day later, representatives of the law revealed that the camp was continuing its work. Two administrative protocols were drawn up. As a result, both the organization and the director were fined 30,000 and 10,000 rubles, respectively.

As a result of the adoption of a full range of measures by the bailiffs, the camp ceased its activities. The children have been transferred to another health facility. The fine was collected from Credo Agency LLC in full, the press service of the regional department of the FSSP reported.

As previously reported by Kuban News, an unemployed 49-year-old resident of the Voronezh region entered the rest room in a children’s camp and committed sexual acts against schoolgirls. He was detained. According to a law enforcement source, two girls became victims of the pervert.

The court reported that the man does not have a permanent place of residence in the territory of the Krasnodar Territory, leads a vagrant lifestyle and can hide from the investigators. The accused was taken into custody until September 29, 2023.
