The famous and renowned Harvard University of the United States of America opened its doors to Latin American Female Leadership within the framework of the IV World Congress of Women Leaders in June. For the second time, 40 expert and renowned Hispanic Women Leaders met in person to share knowledge on business and technological issues, with special attention to the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda at this prestigious University in the United States of America.

The event organized by EntreLíderes, Businnes Strategy School, took place on June 20 and 21, 2024. This Congress is listed as one of the most disruptive and innovative women’s events., It was created by Ph.D. Roselin Cabrales, who celebrated the participation of the Venezuelan, Anzoatiguense, speaker and corporate strategist, based in Texas, United States, Anaís Bermúdez, together with 39 Men and Women, Hispanic leaders of the highest business level who share the objective of promoting the role of women in the political, social and economic changes that humanity is currently experiencing.

Cabrales said that the event was a unique opportunity of its kind, as its main goal is to bring together Hispanic Women Leaders from various industries and countries to inspire, educate and empower through the exchange of experiences and promote female leadership, in Spanish.

Bermúdez, as a speaker, facilitated a keynote address to continue raising the profile of neurodiverse women and their sustainable leadership in organizations. She also presented her experience in the area and the importance of alliances with a social purpose, to continue promoting female leadership based on the evident commitment of current female leaders to the points established in the United Nations 2030 Agenda and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

She emphasized that diversity is a determining factor in team performance and can increase organizational development by up to 20 percent. The leadership of neurodiverse women allows them to lead organizations in a conscious and strategic way, considering an impact in the economic, social and labor spheres. This allows for the creation of safe, healthy work spaces and promotes diversity and equal opportunities between men and women.

Anaís Bermúdez has more than 22 years of experience as a prominent speaker, corporate strategist and inclusion and well-being activist in favor of making neurodiversity and female leadership visible, creator and president of the Mujeres Cocreadoras organization and CEO of the Personal Brand Creando Bienestar. Her leadership and commitment to education, inclusion and neurodiversity have been recognized by various organizations and entities, consolidating her influence on sustainable development and social well-being.
