Organized by the Ministry of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, in partnership with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), this seminar marks the last meeting aimed to finalize the practical procedures for the effective launch of the “Ana Moukawil” program.

On this occasion, the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills, Younes Sekkouri, highlighted the objective of the program to support 100,000 project leaders, including those operating in the informal sector, a major challenge in Morocco for both employment and entrepreneurship.

The minister also underlined the role of the seminar in reducing bureaucracy and clarifying procedures, which will thus facilitate understanding of the program, emphasizing the importance of training project leaders throughout the various stages of the life of a company.

Emphasizing the importance of training for project leaders that covers essential business skills, such as marketing and business strategy, Mr. Sekkouri said that practical experience is crucial and that the program “Ana Moukawil” should draw on lessons learned from entrepreneurs who have already overcome similar challenges.

The minister also addressed the complexity of accounting for Very Small Enterprises (VSE), noting the need for entrepreneurs to strengthen their accounting and management skills.

For his part, the Director General of ANAPEC, Noureddine Benkhalil, underlined the need to raise awareness, train and support entrepreneurs, as well as to support them in their development, including in exporting, business reorganization and digitalization.

Mr. Benkhalil also mentioned the important role of ANAPEC advisors specializing in entrepreneurial support, responsible for contacting and raising awareness among entrepreneurs, both directly and remotely.

The “Ana Moukawil” program provides, for VSEs whose turnover varies from 1 to 10 million dirhams, technical support for the development of the company from its creation and throughout the different phases of its growth, with a ceiling of 100,000 dirhams and an average of 20,000 dirhams for each small business.
