An unidentified gunman opened fire on the Saudi embassy in the Netherlands.
The incident took place early in the morning in the city of The Hague, but no casualties were reported.
The local police have said in details that around six in the morning, it was reported that a building has been fired upon, the building targeted by the bullets is the Saudi Embassy, which has 20 bullet marks on it.
The police also shared photos of bullet holes in parking lots and walls, but did not definitively say how many shots were fired.
The police have recovered the bullet shells and sent them to the forensic lab, while collecting the evidence and starting the investigation, but the reasons for the attack could not be revealed.
On the other hand, Saudi Arabia has described the incident as a cowardly attack and said that the government is waiting for the investigation and hopes that the characters involved in the incident will be brought to justice.
The embassy has confirmed that there were no casualties and no staff members were injured in the attack.
