Books of poetry, novels, short stories, radio plays, lyrical photo reports, travelogues, radio features and much more: Manfred Chobot is one of the most productive Austrian authors. For Manfred Chobot’s 75th birthday this May, we are repeating poems from a selection entitled “Only flying is nicer”.
“The best poems, you can’t say that at all,” said editor Beppo Beyerl regarding his compilation, “because each selection is subjective and is clearly broken by one’s own perspective. Perhaps these are Manfred Chobot’s most hair-raising, craziest and scariest poems become”.
