The Egyptian Football Association announced its intention to take a number of important and decisive decisions during the Board of Directors meeting, which will extend until next Thursday, in order to discuss the circumstances and events of the match between Egypt and Ethiopia.
The Egyptian Federation issued a statement today, Saturday, regarding the events of the match between Egypt and Ethiopia in the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations 2023.
The Egyptian Football Association, headed by Professor Gamal Allam, held a meeting during which the circumstances and events of the match between Egypt and Ethiopia and the repercussions of the defeat were discussed, and the following was settled:
– Extending the session to next Thursday following the end of the national team’s friendly match once morest South Korea scheduled for next Tuesday, which had to be held due to the contract concluded between the Egyptian Federation and the South Korean Federation, and the consequent regulatory and contractual obligations with the International Football Association “FIFA”.
