Al-Marsad newspaper: Engineer Abdul Hamid Al-Hammad, CEO of the white land fees program in Saudi Arabia, revealed, during an interview with Al-Arabiya TV, the ability of the land fees program to increase the pumping of land, and work to reduce the gap between supply and demand.
Al-Hammad said during the meeting, that the white land fees program monitors the entire volume of supply and demand in the market, and we are working to increase the supply of land, and the program seeks as much as possible to pump more land, approximately 100 million square meters of raw, and 20 million square meters of developed land.
And he continued, these lands within days, God willing, will pump into the real estate market no less than 60,000 plots of land in the market, a week from now in the city of Riyadh only, which will reduce the supply and demand gap, as the demand for land is high in the planned city of Riyadh. To be one of the best cities in the world, of course, the demand is high and will increase in the coming period.
He pointed out that if the 20 million square meters of developed land were built vertically, it would cover more than 160,000 housing units.
