Fried cauliflower is a delicious dish that many people like to eat, but the problem is that this type of vegetable absorbs a lot of oil.
Despite this, it can be eaten following getting rid of this problem, and the best way to do that is to season it in this way:
- Boil the cauliflower pieces until they are partially cooked.
- After that, drain it from the water in a bowl, and add to it these ingredients: “two cups of yogurt, two eggs, a cup and a quarter of wheat flour, two chopped cloves of garlic, a little salt, pepper, cumin and dried coriander.”
- Leave it for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pieces from the mixture and fry them following preparing the oil, and when they are cooked, drain them from the oil and you will notice that they did not absorb much of it.
