An innocent Conchita enchants the public with a sensual Alizée

Conchita has shown her credentials to become a finalist in Tu cara me suena 11 by bringing out her sweetest and, at the same time, playful side to imitate Alicée. The singer has proposed a trip back in time to the year 2000 to remember one of the hits that was most played on the radio and in the clubs at that time: ‘Moi… Lolita’.

Making up for the bittersweet taste left by Sophie Ellis-Bextor in the first Semi-Final, Conchita was more enjoyable in this number with less choreography, which allowed her to control her voice more and imitate the French artist.

As required by her role, the contestant radiated innocence as well as sensuality. Singing in French was not an added difficulty for her, so the performance allowed us to see a full-bodied and daring Conchita. Don’t miss her performance in the video!

Just before, another of the contestants who was in with a chance of being a finalist performed. Raquel Sánchez Silva conquered the stage as Emilia singing ‘No se ve’. What a show!

The presenter faced her biggest choreographic challenge in this number, and she overcame it with enthusiasm and professionalism. Because of how brilliant she was with her dance, because of how good her imitation was, we are looking at one of the most brutal evolutions seen in Tu cara me suena.
