He property located on Kennedy Street and Alem de Cipolletti Avenue will be converted into a housing unit. The work will have a investment of more than 6 million pesos. Di Tella signed the agreement for its realization with the Urban Development Program.
Yesterday followingnoon at the Cipolletti Cultural Complex an act was held to sign the agreement through which a housing complex will be built in the city.
In the large property located on Kennedy streets and Alem Avenue, the Cipolletti government will build 209 housing units through the Procrear II Program. In the place they will also create an urban park of approximately three hectares that will function as a green lung.
The houses are part of the Procrear II national program and will be raffled through it. Information on the requirements and conditions for access will also be provided through the National Program.
“Until we had the final definition we did not want to announce anything. But today it happened. It is a very interesting urban development. We are very happy because we have been working for a year, and the finishing touch has arrived” expressed Claudio Di Tella, mayor of the city.
As reported by Di Tella, there are 5 companies interested in the tender that will take place in approximately 15 days. “We put the land and the national government is in charge of carrying out the work,” said the local mayor.
The city government reported that the purpose of the great work is to generate quality housing and respond to the housing deficit. The houses are characterized by being mostly two bedrooms, with a balcony and on the ground floor, houses adapted for people with reduced mobility and the elderly. The complex also incorporates 4 commercial premises located in the main commercial arteries such as Alem and Yrigoyen.

“It is a work with national funds but that will be carried out by the municipality during this year. We are already in instances of final authorization of the project, for its execution” he assured.
